I think a Cointelpro agent has made up this site. They spread provocant blog posts, emails, videos etc.. so that people become disoriented and scared. They did the same after 9/11. Also this Guy has some other wierd Infos on his Site about Aliens, War on the Moon with Aliens, and he always uses reverse speeches as evidence. Not very reliable.

Charlotte is sprayed quite often as well. I asked a pilot I work with about chemtrails and he explained it was because the plane has to fly at a certain altitude in a certain tempature for the contrail to remain stagnant in the sky. A week later I saw 2 similar planes flying side by side at the same altitude 1 leaving a stagnant trail and the other no trail at all. This theory makes since as I think 1996 was the first sign of chemtrails. The medical industry has boomed since the 90’s. Good Video
