It is stated plainly in the Arepanrix adjuvanted H1N1 vaccine package that the product was associated with miscarriage, birth defects and developmental delays in rats.Nonetheless, our government continues to recommend that pregnant women take the adjuvanted vaccine if flu rates are increasing and they are unable to get the unadjuvanted version at that time. How can our public health officials consider this an acceptable risk/benefit ratio?About 1 in 450 pregnant women who catch influenza will go on to develop complications. According to data from Australian epidemiological surveillance, one in 3800 pregnant women are hospitalized for flu-related complications, but these women had other risk factors such as obesity. The risk of pregnant women dying from flu was found to be about 1/300000. articles.mercola.com So far, there has only been one “H1N1-related” death in a pregnant woman in Canada since the virus first appeared in April, and this woman actually died of blood loss following an emergency C-section done because she was suffering respiratory distress. In other words, the flu was only very loosely connected to a single death. Meanwhile, the vaccine has to date never been tested in pregnant women and is known to have adverse outcomes in the offspring of treated rats. Clinical trials on pregnat women were SUSPENDED because the women developed fever, which is known to affect fetal development. H1N1 Vaccine Miscarriage Risk
Published: March 16, 2010Posted in: Uncategorized
My sister had H1N1 vac 6 weeks in. Two weeks later, the doctors said no heart beat and development looked to have ceased at 6 weeks.
You just keep repeating ITs not safe. When I just gave you an exmple of a pregant woman that had the HINI shot and was fine. I mean you should talk to you doctor first before taking it. To make sure.
My pregnant friend who had the shot in her at 18 weeks just gave birth to a beautiful little girl.
The stat comes from the Australian flu season of 2009 with H1N1.
1- were the women in the hospital you mention pregnant or were they pregnant and obese? Because obesity is a major risk factor and 30% of the US population is obese. I would worry more about being obese than pregnant.
2- Vaccines for flu have never been proven to reduce risk of hospitalization or death in pregnant women.
3- There is no way to be 100% safe of anything. Everything has risks. Vax or no vax.
People have probably read that story more than the package insert. But I would say the insert is the real cause for concern.
Also, you will not know how it affects her baby until the child is born and see how s/he is down the road. Hopefully fine. But no study was ever done comparing developmental outcomes in babies of mothers vaxed with adjuvant vs unvaxed mothers. So nobody really knows. In animals, there were delays.
Just because you don’t m/c doesn’t mean no harm was done.
Not saying it will hurt all women. Just pointing out that according to even the package insert, you are taking a gamble. People need to know it has NOT been proven safe.
I think it’s important to add that of the 75% of pregnancies end in m/c, the vast majority occur before the woman even knows she’s pregnant, often even before the egg has implanted. So these are losses of a conception of any kind, not loss of a known pregnancy.
Overall, once you test positive m/c risk is 10-15% but it can be much higher or lower for an individual woman, depending on her age.
Once heartbeat is detected, m/c rate goes down to 5%. After 12 weeks, it’s 3%.
My wife just gave birth (January 15th), and the nurse in there said that they had three women THAT MONTH die after giving birth due to pneumonia complications from the flu. I question the statistic that the odds are 1/300000 for pregnant women to die from the flu: is that all flus or just H1N1? Or is that a statistic from before H1N1?
Getting the flu is very dangerous for pregnant women.
80 percent of pregnancies are miscarried, vaccine or not. Most miscarriages are due to problems in the embryo or fetus and are not due to any actions of the mother. If I were to stop anything, I would stop smoking (doubles risk of miscarriage) drinking (doubles risk of miscarriage) and very heavy caffeine use (slight increased risk)
Those little inserts are found in packages of all drugs, and they all sound horrifically scary.
I had my H1N1 vaccine when I was 8 weeks pregnant because my GP highly recommended that I do, and that there’s no risks at all. 2 weeks later when I went for my 10th week scan, i was told the baby had probably died at week 8 and I had to have a D&C. Coincidence? I guess i will never find out. But judging by all these reported ‘Coincidences’ around the world, I’m no so sure. WE NEED TO BE GIVEN THE RIGHT INFO. (Sydney, Australia.)
im looking into what happened to me, i had the vaccine at 6 weeks pregnant. on monday 25th jan i went to what should of been my 12 week scan and found out that my pregnancy had developed to 7 weeks and stopped, my sack was abnormal. i have already had one normal healthy pregnancy. it was my partner who brought up the vaccine and now i have searched the internet and found there has been many cases of misscarrages after have the H1N1. i got told it was safe, no risks
Story is called– Is The H1N1 Vaccine Safe? Shocking Stories From Pregnant Women Who Have Had Miscarriages After Taking The Swine Flu Vaccine– It is at the
organichealthadviser(dot)om website. This is not the first time I read this .
I got the h1n1 shot last Tuesday because I’m required to have it while being in clinicals. I was 8 weeks pregnant and am having a miscarriage. Is it related? I don’t know.
My Best friend got the shot at 20 weeks , she is fine. So saying its really bad and well hurt all woman is not the truth. Your just helping to stress out pregnant women.
Thanks for shairng your story. My heart absolutely breaks for you.
People say I’m paranoid but I do a lot of research and the ‘official’ line makes no sense.
At 10 weeks your chance of m/c was <3%. What are the odds it would happen within 3 days of the shot, like everyone else who reports this? And ‘unknown cause’? Not likely.
Of course, your experience will never be validated. It is a hard, hard thing to suffer.
I just wanted to share this!!! I believe EVERYTHING IN THIS VIDEO. I reciently lost my baby at 10 weeks due 2 getting the h1n1 (My pregnancy was perfectly normal until about 2-3 days after I had recieved the shot) I ended up miscarring on the 3rd day from *UNKNOWN CAUSES* I wish I had heard bout this before i decided to get this so called (SAFE) shot!!! Please read, & learn more about this if u are pregnant & being asked by doctors to take this shot!! I had a horrible outcome..
that’s too bad. yes, the adjuvanted shot was approved for preg women in canada, but NOT in usa, swizerland or israel. Just depends where u are.
It was approved- but with a warning on the insert that it was associated wit birth defects. m/c and developmental delays in rats. So yes, approved, but not proven safe (or beneficial, for that matter).
your wife got scammed
hi thanks for all your info. my wife is pregnant and i objected to her getting the vac but she wouldnt believe the government would do this. i think she will be ok but she said she had to take it cos she was pregnant smh… i just wish i could have found the proof. she said her shot was approved for pregnant women. but my concern is that this shit was DESIGNED TO INFECT. god bless you and your family
I wish i would have seen before i got the niddle… the niddle has made so sick …
@akoPINAY25 Odds are you will be ok, but it’s not a risk worth taking, imo. Look up ‘mercola blaylock swine flu’ for the truth about flu and risk to pregnant women. The statistical risk is so low that whatever protection the vaccine offers is offset by the risks.
Good luck to you. Congrats on you pregnancy. I hope you do some serious research before giving your baby every shot they shove in your face. I have some baby vax info and links on my website. Link is on my chanel.
i know me too.. im 5 weeks pregnant i just got h1n1 vaccine and just regular flue shot so i got both vaccine last thee days ago and im scared too….huhuhu..:(
They passed laws giving the drug companies immunity in the US and Canada just before they started the mass vax.
And if you live in Canada, you should know that there is a vaccine court but they never rule in favor of anyone being vaccine damaged. The Quebec vaccine court awarded compensation to about 17 people since it was opened. Not much. One girl’s brain turned to mush after her 1st dpt shot and they ruled ‘cannot prove causation’. There WAS no other reason but you know how it is.
Ok I was just watching about that…..is this a recent legislation and when was this passed?? Do you know?
It’s a law that they passed. That’s why people should think twice before taking it.
why not?
I have worked at an ob/gyn office for 5 years. In the past two months we have had an increase of 4 times the average amount of miscarriages all in the 1st trimester. Any patients who received the h1n1 later on in their pregnancy did not have any rise in complications. It maybe receiving h1n1 vaccine affects very early pregnanies.
