Tectonic plates have a lot of inertia and drift around on the mantle. At plate boundaries they very slowly accumulate strain energy which is released in earth quakes. If HAARP could trigger earth quakes they just saved Japan from an even bigger earth quake a few years down the road when even more strain energy had been accumulated.
Or more likely, HAARP doesn’t do dick.

There’s no plausible coupling mechanism between ELF waves and magma plumes or continental plates, much less one that affords leverage of billions to one.
Waves can’t be focused down to a spot much smaller than the wavelength(~6000 km), HAARP can’t be aimed even in principle.

This is incredible footage and I believe it is all legit, but I was searching the skies instead of the water and caught some unusual glimpses of something…check out seconds 58 to 59 and then again at 1:24 to 1:29. My prayers go out to everyone directly and indirectly affected by this event. I think the whole world has been affected by this tragedy too. People lives were forever changed in 5 mins. God Bless.
