Dr. Mary Young, assistant professor of medicine at Georgetown University Medical Center, discusses Influenza A H1N1 (swine flu), its symptoms, and steps that can be taken to prevent contracting or spreading the virus. Dr. Mary Young is an assistant professor of medicine in the division of infectious diseases at Georgetown University Medical Center. She is also director of the HIV Women’s Program and a member of the Center for the Study of Sex Differences in Health, Aging and Disease. She is an expert on infectious diseases, HIV/AIDS, and various treatments for infectious diseases. i dont care
Im almost happy about this whole swine flu thing… i bought the swine flu cure stock in the stock market before it was a big deal.. yay.
This is old news. Things have changed seriously sinse may 2009. Move on.
More like..Homocide?
This is educational and thanks for letting us understand further.
so i took the influenza test, and it turned out to be a positive “type a”….=(…..plz give me tips
RKBNN: You are correct that more people need to research the media. I was a military brat and it always amazed me that the news in Germany was never received in the States….very scary.
the new strain H1N1 flu is another bio attack produce by the bio chemical companies to make sure that they reach a marketing target. The fact that all attacks on the mass’s via biological warfare is a perversion of the mind’s that pursue this
genocide.
There are a lot of videos popping up, well fair few every now and then and at the end it’s dot g o v.
I doubt they are some insider, government working employee or agent.
They just genuinely believe they are doing the right thing.
But if they researched, they would actually see that there is a bigger picture.
Having pushed the the now proved to do more harm than good Tamiflu on us, they now expect us to believe that the vaccine will be 100% safe, I’ll pass thanks.
OH. If its LIES then why have people died by these “H1N1″ cases. If you dont believe in it, go right ahead and shake hands with a sick person with that case.
By the way, your a stupid little kid, if it doesn’t exist, why the HELL is it in every News, Newspaper, magazine, internet article, and wikipedia? Even if you had the virus, you don’t need a cure for H1N1, you need a cure for stupidity.
Now your being racist. Want us to say stupid muslims? Your better shut your mouth you little kid.
flu masks – video here!
lol immature kid acting clever ere.. i eat pork everyday yet no h1n1.. smartass..
dude it’s a flu not a fucking pork virus
A H1N1 is not transmitted in consuming pork. read before you comment. asshole.
why muslims are not affected by this virus? cause muslims don’t consume PORK and it is haram. You stupid christians
in that case their soulish desire to amass big money will reward them of eternity in hell… look what they have done to the world….
if this disease naturally evolved then will accept it , as nature has its way to make us repay of our own ignaorance and foolishness…
there’s always 2 sides of the coin remember…
thank you
Hassan0rocker, the word you missed was “waterfowl.”
Viruses tend to swap bits of their DNA with each other all the time in nature.
The DNA found in this strain is a new combination, including some parts from viruses previously found only in swine, or only in waterfowl, or only in humans.
This is not surprising at all. Biologists have known for a long time that viruses can do this. They just haven’t had the lab tools to be able to track it before now.
Cabgt, I’ve seen the “information” being thrown around by conspiracy theorists, and it’s all obviously false, sometimes hilariously so.
But thanks for the good wishes.
You need to get informed. Good luck!
she said , its made up from combination of influenza from swine , from (???????) , from human … can u please tell me whats the word that i didnt get??????
snedie69er: Sorry to have disturbed your sleep. Go back to bed Sheep. This is not for you.
For others I posted a video response to this up top.
You’re a fucking moron. Its a varient of the influenza virus, so it has been around fro decades. people like you really piss me off
New viruses arise in nature all the time. They don’t need any laboratory to make them.
Thus far I’ve seen NO credible evidence whatsoever to indicate H1N1 was deliberately made in any laboratory. There is one video clip that was clearly made to deceive, and is unfortunately deceiving a lot of people who don’t understand how scientists study disease organisms.
The truth about swine flu is probably very boring unless you are a science buff, just like the truth about most things.
