I have wondered that myself. The protesters were everywhere when Bush was president. “Peace”, “Bring our troops home now”, “Bush is a murderer”, etc. As soon as Obama was elected all of the protesters disappeared. We are still fighting two wars.The troops have not come home. Bush is no longer the commander in chief. It makes you wonder if they were sincere.

Now Im not a nut ball or anything but sometimes we should use our imaginations because many of our politicians have made the unthinkable…routine.
